Command and Control Centers

Uninterrupted system integrity for mission-critical computing

AEM’s high-reliability components are engineered to guarantee uninterruptible operational status and data integrity within Command and Control Centers and Mission Ground Stations.

Command and Control Centers are comprised of a complex network infrastructure, high-density server racks, communication hubs, and display systems that are essential for processing intelligence, making strategic decisions, and coordinating operational forces. Given that these centers are the brains of any mission, they demand components with absolute fidelity.

Our components prevent system-wide faults from power transients, maintain signal purity across high-speed data lines, and ensure zero downtime for continuous decision-making.

Sustaining the power and data core of ground operations

AEM's technology is essential in safeguarding the massive computing and communication infrastructure that defines Command and Control.

Our solutions focus on protecting the core power systems and ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of high-speed digital links. High-reliability fuses are non-negotiable for power distribution, while high-reliability ferrite beads are necessary for maintaining the integrity of sensitive data streams.

  • High-rel fuses protect sensitive equipment against power surges, short circuits, and overcurrents, preventing localized faults from escalating into widespread system failures.
  • Hi-rel ferrite chip beads are used on high-speed data buses and digital interfaces to suppress EMI/RFI noise, ensuring the secure and error-free transmission of mission-critical intelligence and sensor data.
  • Transient voltage suppressors (TVS) provide fast-acting protection against electrical transients and external power surges.
