Engineered for the demands of next-generation defense and satellite communication systems, the HMC28-599-35.0-1.0 is a high-performance, high-power, three-port Ka-band waveguide circulator.

This circulator is purpose-built to integrate seamlessly into Ka-band phased array radar systems. Functioning to isolate and direct radio frequency signals between the antenna, the transmit path, and the receive path within each module, this device allows a single antenna element to be used for both transmitting and receiving signals.

The circulator's design uses the properties of magnetic ferrite material to ensure signals travel in only one direction. Its waveguide design minimizes insertion loss while maintaining high isolation to protect sensitive receiver electronics from the high-power transmitter pulse while maintaining high power and optimizing signal-to-noise ratio.
