Rich brings more than 35 years of distinguished leadership experience within global aerospace enterprises. His extensive career includes a series of executive leadership positions across the aerospace and defense sectors. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Polymer Solutions and as President of QRP, a subsidiary of Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing

Gregory Chapman, Chief Financial Officer

Gregory Chapman serves as the Chief Financial Officer of AEM, Inc., where he leads the company’s global financial strategy, accounting, and fiscal management. With a comprehensive background in corporate finance, he is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and supporting long-term growth through rigorous capital allocation.

Gregory has over 27 years of extensive experience in executive financial roles for major industrial and technology-driven companies. Before AEM, he held senior financial leadership positions where he managed complex fiscal operations, including leading value creation initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise lies in bridging financial data with operational strategy to improve enterprise value and ensure fiscal stability across the company’s global business units.

Fernando Spada, Chief Commercial Officer

Fernando Spada serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of AEM, Inc., where he oversees the company’s global commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, and business development. With over 25 years of experience in the technology and industrial sectors, he focuses on expanding AEM’s market footprint and strengthening customer relationships worldwide.

Before joining AEM, he held numerous senior leadership roles at global enterprises, where he was responsible for driving revenue growth and navigating complex international markets. His expertise spans the electronics and materials technology industries, with a focus on aligning product capabilities with evolving global demand. Throughout his career, he has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams through transformative growth periods to ensure long-term sustainable market leadership.

Conrado Hinojosa, Chief Operations Officer

Conrado Hinojosa is the Chief Operating Officer of AEM, Inc., where he oversees global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain management. An executive with over 25 years of experience, he specializes in driving operational excellence within the automotive, electronics, and materials technology sectors.

In his current capacity, he manages multi-site organizations and large-scale global teams to ensure seamless execution across AEM’s footprint. His professional background includes high-level leadership roles at prominent organizations, including Littelfuse. His career has focused on the strategic integration of R&D and general management to translate complex business structures into efficient operations. He has extensive experience in managing production scaling and operational transitions through organic growth and acquisitions.

Kisha McCabe, VP of Human Resources

Kisha McCabe serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at AEM, Inc., where she leads the company's enterprise-wide human resources strategy in support of AEM's growth and value creation objectives. She oversees AEM's global HR organization, leading a team of HR directors across the company's worldwide operations. Spanning talent, organization, and HR operations, she directs initiatives that strengthen enterprise performance, advance business transformation, and align the company's people strategy with its long-term objectives.

Kisha brings more than 30 years of experience as a human resources leader across the manufacturing and aerospace and defense industries, where she has led enterprise-wide HR business transformations. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with senior leadership teams to build organizational capability, strengthen talent strategy, and translate business priorities into measurable results. Since joining AEM in October 2024, she has focused on aligning the company's people strategy with its growth and value creation objectives.

Erika Caramella, Director of Executive Operations

Erika Caramella serves as the Director of Executive Operations at AEM, Inc., a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and a thought partner to the broader executive team. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, she translates leadership priorities into coordinated action and ensures the executive team moves with clarity, alignment, and a consistent operating cadence. She oversees executive operations spanning administrative, legal, and diligence-related functions, and leads strategy goal deployment and key governance practices that keep the organization focused and accountable.

Erika brings more than 25 years of experience as a strategic partner to chief executives and executive leadership teams, primarily within private equity-backed businesses. Her career spans the aerospace and defense, space, industrial, RF/microwave, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas sectors, where she has worked alongside senior leaders to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operating discipline, and support the successful execution of enterprise initiatives. She champions alignment between leadership priorities and the company's strategic growth objectives, reinforcing focus, coordination, and shared direction across the executive team.
